Thank you for your interest in commissioning a custom piece! It is truly an honor to create artwork that will become part of your home, and I especially enjoy the collaborative process of bringing your vision to life.

This form is the first step in creating your custom commission. Once you've completed it, I'll use your responses to begin designing your piece.

Payment is due upon completion of the artwork and after you have approved the final piece. Once payment is received, I will varnish (unless otherwise agreed) your painting, package, and ship to you.  Since your piece is a commission project I will not reproduce it as a print and like all of my originals your painting will come with a Certificate of Authenticity.  I strive to complete commissions within ten weeks of agreement.  If that does not fit your timeline please let me know.
